Review of Dreams Under the Noonday Sun
Transported to the fictional world and melded with historical events is the vaguest map I could give to where your mind will go in Nothando Cindy Usayi's book, Dreams Under the Noon Day Sun. Composed with some local Shona words and phrases, there are relatable African components sprinkled into her reality-bending story. This is a book that brings questions springing into your mind of what deeper stories are underneath our everyday situations.
